We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please read the policy below regarding returns, exchanges, and refunds.
Change of Mind Returns
We accept change-of-mind returns under the following conditions:
- Item is returned within 14 days of delivery
- Item is unopened, unused, and in original condition with all packaging
- Customer covers all return shipping costs
Refunds will be issued once the item is received and inspected.
Incorrect, Faulty, or Damaged Items
If you receive a faulty, incorrect, or damaged item:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Provide photos of the issue
If the claim is approved, we will arrange either:
- A replacement, or
- A refund
In these cases, we cover the return postage or provide a prepaid label.

- Once received and inspected, your refund will be processed to the original payment method.
Non-Returnable Items
For safety, or regulatory reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
- Used items
- Items missing original packaging
- Sale or clearance items (unless faulty)
- Perishable, consumable, or personalised items
Refund Processing Times
- Refunds typically process within 3–7 business days after approval.
- Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to release funds.
Undeliverable or Returned Parcels
If your parcel is returned to us (incorrect address, refused delivery, unclaimed):
- Return shipping and re-delivery fees are the responsibility of the customer.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
International Returns
International customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, duties, and customs charges unless the product is faulty.
