Returns & Refunds Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please read the policy below regarding returns, exchanges, and refunds.

Change of Mind Returns

We accept change-of-mind returns under the following conditions:

  • Item is returned within 14 days of delivery
  • Item is unopened, unused, and in original condition with all packaging
  • Customer covers all return shipping costs

Refunds will be issued once the item is received and inspected.

Incorrect, Faulty, or Damaged Items

If you receive a faulty, incorrect, or damaged item:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Provide photos of the issue

If the claim is approved, we will arrange either:

  • A replacement, or
  • A refund

In these cases, we cover the return postage or provide a prepaid label.

Returns Process

  3. Return the item using a tracked service.
  4. Once received and inspected, your refund will be processed to the original payment method.

Non-Returnable Items

For safety, or regulatory reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Used items
  • Items missing original packaging
  • Sale or clearance items (unless faulty)
  • Perishable, consumable, or personalised items

Refund Processing Times

  • Refunds typically process within 3–7 business days after approval.
  • Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to release funds.

Undeliverable or Returned Parcels

If your parcel is returned to us (incorrect address, refused delivery, unclaimed):

  • Return shipping and re-delivery fees are the responsibility of the customer.
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

International Returns

International customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, duties, and customs charges unless the product is faulty.
