OUR SHIPPING POLICY

Order Processing Times

  • Orders are processed Monday–Thursday (excluding public holidays).
  • Standard processing time: 1–2 business days.
  • Orders placed after 12 pm AEST are processed the next business day.
  • Peak periods may extend processing to 3–4 business days.

Shipping Carriers

  • Domestic orders within Australia are shipped via Sendle.
  • Sendle does not deliver to PO Boxes or Parcel Lockers.
  • A valid street address is required at checkout.

Domestic Shipping Rates (Australia)

Shipping rates are calculated automatically at checkout based on:

  • Parcel weight
  • Parcel size
  • Delivery address

Note: Remote or regional surcharges may apply depending on Sendle’s zoning rules.

Estimated Delivery Times (Australia – Sendle)

These timeframes begin after dispatch:

  • Metro: 1–3 business days
  • Regional: 3–7 business days
  • Rural / Remote: 7–12 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary during peak seasons or due to carrier delays.

International Shipping

909 Motorsport ships internationally, but international shipping is not automated at checkout yet.

If you are ordering from outside Australia:
Shipping will be quoted manually.
We will contact you with the shipping cost and options before your order is finalised.

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees.

Tracking Information

Once your order has been dispatched, a tracking link will be emailed to you.
Tracking may take up to 24 hours to activate in the Sendle system.

Authority to Leave (ATL)

If ATL is available for your address:

  • Parcels may be left in a safe location without a signature.
  • 909 Motorsport is not responsible for parcels stolen or missing after confirmed delivery.

A parcel may return to us if:

  • The address is incorrect
  • Delivery is refused
  • It is not collected in time

In these cases:

  • Return shipping and re-delivery costs are the customer’s responsibility.
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Missing, Lost, or Delayed Parcels

If a parcel appears delayed or lost:

  1. Contact us with your order number.
  2. We will lodge an investigation with Sendle.
  3. Investigations can take up to 10 business days.

Refunds or replacements are provided only if Sendle confirms loss.
Orders marked “Delivered” are not refundable unless the carrier confirms an error.

Damaged Parcels

If your parcel arrives damaged:

  • Notify us within 48 hours.
  • Provide photos of the item, packaging, and label.

Approved claims will be refunded or replaced.
Claims outside the 48-hour window may not be eligible due to carrier conditions.
