How over-the-air updates work
Firmware and configuration changes normally mean physical access — a laptop plugged into the car, wherever the car happens to be. The CG 3.2's link is bi-directional: with this option enabled, firmware and configuration updates are delivered to the car remotely, over the same connection that carries the telemetry out.
