Intelligent power distribution for the whole car: the PBX 90 replaces conventional relays, fuses and circuit breakers with 36 electronically controlled, diagnosable outputs, simplifying the harness and putting the electrical system on the data bus.

- 120 A continuous (180 A peak, 2 s) across 36 outputs: 4x up to 40 A, 4x up to 25 A, 22x up to 15 A, plus 6 multi-purpose outputs (low side, high side, push-pull, PWM; two stages combinable into an H-bridge)
- 12 analog inputs (16-bit, switchable pull-ups) + 4 digital inputs
- 3x CAN, 2x Ethernet, 1x LIN (Bosch Motorsport LIN devices supported); 5 V/400 mA sensor supply
- Programmed via the Bosch PBX Suite; 214 x 159 x 57.5 mm, 830 grams, 5-20 V supply
- CCA option available, run your own code on the device

How a PDM changes the build
Every circuit becomes software: current limits, retry strategies, load shedding and switching logic are configured, not wired. Faults are diagnosed per channel from the data system instead of hunting blown fuses trackside.
